$100K — people think that is a huge amount of revenue. You need a lot of laser hair removal machines, you need a lot of space in your location, and all the things. But every strategy in this article is going to reveal something that you may have heard about, you may know about, but you never thought — "Wow, this alone made this much traffic."
You may never have thought about it. It may sound so simple that you may think, "I have tried this, but it never worked." Have you tried it correctly? Have you tried SEO correctly? Have you tried content marketing correctly? Have you tried Google My Business correctly?
Just because you pay $5,000 for an agency doesn't mean they will help you get $100K a month in revenue. If you don't have skin in the game, you are going to fail after you pay them $5K a month for 10 months and fight with them on the ninth month. They will eventually make you pay for the remaining three months because of the one-year contract. That is how every marketing agency makes money — not because they are providing results, but because of the contract.
They sound so great in the beginning. As the time goes, you know their true nature. Results are not good. Results are okay. Just break even, and sometimes less. Eventually you have taxes to pay. A decent marketing agency will bring you anywhere from 100 leads a month from Facebook ads. Google Ads may be a little less. But you will be pushing your team to follow up with them. Marketing agencies are clever — they will tell you that these leads are good, but your team needs to follow up. Yeah, that is correct. Follow-ups are the only way that you can convert many leads. But the gap between the marketing team and your front office follow-up team will be huge because they think if a call comes, they will follow up during the office hours.
Most marketing agencies have the ads running 24 hours. You will get leads when someone is scrolling their Instagram at 2 AM and they want to book an appointment for your Botox special. Or you may be offering some glutathione offer. If you are a pain doctor, you may have posted a stem cell or exosome awareness post, and ads are running for that, and people are inquiring around 2 AM when they are doom scrolling their Instagram.
THE REAL QUESTION
Do you think people who are doom scrolling Instagram at 2 AM are going to convert by seeing your ad? Definitely not. But according to your marketing agency, it is a "good lead." That lead filled the form inside their Facebook ads, which auto-filled most of the information. Does it mean people filling that information are going to become your patient? 100% no.
The owner — the medspa owner or the doctor — does not care about what the marketing agency says. He knows there is something off. Because the front office team is telling the truth: the leads are not responding, the leads are not the correct fit. Some of them do convert because of too much effort. Many will book an appointment — they are actually a patient and they will actually pay. They may come and get a Botox special or some other treatment. But the problem is not the ads, not the marketing agency, not the front office team.
Single Problem
After auditing thousands of medspa owners, pain doctors, and surgeons, we found the same one problem in every single healthcare business.
The demand is there. Patients and clients are searching. Hundreds of thousands of them across DFW, Houston, and other Texas markets. But the doctor's website or the medspa website is totally invisible. They fail to show up for the patient or client that searches for their needs.

Why Most Medspa or Doctor Practice Marketing Fails
Most medspas or doctors hire a marketing agency and the agency will tell them: in six months, you will be on the New York Stock Exchange. We will get you listed there, and you will become a billionaire. By the 12th month, you will be sitting next to Elon Musk thinking about the next big thing in the world.
Those kinds of promises are made by marketing agency owners or the closers. Medspas and doctors believe that, and they move forward with the one-year package. People who are selling bigger dreams do not come with cheap pricing either. Since they offered huge dreams of achieving the best in the city and helping them get X number of clients a month — doctors or medspa owners calculate: "Okay, if I get 100 patients a month, even if they pay $200 on average, that is $20,000 additional income. So it makes sense to pay $5,000 for the agency, $5,000 on ads."
Once they hire the agency, the medspa owner or doctor celebrates. They are happy. Everything feels great.
A Real Story: The "Nationally Recognized" Agency
A medspa owner came to us after working with a nationally recognized medspa marketing agency for a year. We found that their contract covered social media, ranking, Instagram ads, and increasing follower count.
Do you know how many followers they increased over the year? From 100 to 1,000 followers. They posted four times a month — all images and two videos, which the medspa owner needed to create and give them the Drive link. The agency would edit and post. Those four Instagram posts were basically the first Canva template you get when you search "Instagram template for medspa." They used that, they posted, and that was it.
How many blogs did they publish? Total for the year — 24. AI-written content to "help them rank." How many Google My Business posts? How many GMB updates? Nothing. They did not help the medspa owner do anything. They did optimize the on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and all the standard stuff.
The Ranking Trap
This is the one thing that kept them stuck with the marketing agency for a year.
The ranking trap is basically this: the agency shows you that you are ranking for "best medspa for Botox in Flower Mound" — position 11, 12, 9, 10. Sounds great, right? The number of people searching for that keyword is pretty much nil. Nobody searches for that. Maybe 10 people a month or a year. And not even a single one is going to convert because you are already on position 10.
THE TRAP EXPOSED
You can rank position 1, 2, 3 for a keyword like "Botox side effects" or "after Botox how to take care of my body." Agencies show you these keywords and tell you that you are ranking and going to get clients. These keywords do help you rank faster. But they will not give you any patients or results.
Real Example: Rozier MD
The same ranking trap we found for a pain doctor, Rozier MD. He also worked with another marketing agency — also nationwide. He was paying $6,000 a month just for SEO ranking. They were showing him that he is ranking for "best pain treatment doctor in Mansfield Texas." Okay — eight words in a single keyword. Who is going to search or type that long?
Even if they type it, how many people are searching that? Rarely and very few. This doctor is so busy with his clinic, his hospital work, and everything else. He sees the ranking reports popping up, but he is not getting enough patient calls from these people. He kept paying them more than $60,000 before he came to us.

How to Find the Invisible $100K in Your Market
READ THIS CAREFULLY
What you are going to read is the most important thing on this entire page. What you learn is one thing, and what you implement is another thing. Whether you ask your agency to implement it, you implement it with your own in-house team, or you hire us — it is up to you. But this is the concrete idea that we are implementing for almost all our doctor and medspa clients, and they are all making $100K per month.
To find the $100K invisible gap in your target market — let's say it is Dallas, or Plano, or Houston, Miami, Los Angeles — we have found the $100K invisible gap in all of these locations. We have done this without spending a dollar on Facebook ads, Instagram ads, LinkedIn, or Google AdWords. Zero dollars on ads. And yet we have found the invisible $100K monthly income from these markets.
This strategy is not about finding the keywords that top competitors are ranking for and trying to beat them. That is foolishness. Yes, competitor analysis is great. But how can you find the keywords they are ranking for indirectly — the ones that are getting traffic and generating $100K or more? That is not possible to know just by looking at their top keywords. High traffic does not mean that page is giving them clients.
For example, you may rank nationally for "Botox before and after." But it does not mean clients are flying from all over the nation to your medspa to get Botox done.
The Actual Method
Finding the competitors is the number one thing. Then finding what they are ranking for using SpyFu, SEMrush, or Ahrefs — and finding the gap. Here is the key insight:
A competitor may have a page with only 10 visitors a month. But out of those 10, three may be buying a $1,000/month weight loss package subscription. You do not know that by looking at traffic alone. You find that by finding the highly competitive or high-cost keywords in Google AdWords and then checking how easily someone is ranking for those terms organically.
THE GAP FORMULA
Find keywords that are non-competitive in organic search but highly competitive in pay-per-click meaning people are paying $20 to $30 per click for them. That tells you advertisers are fighting for that keyword because it converts. But organically, there is little competition. That one gap alone can be $3,000 a month. Find 20 or 30 of those opportunities, and you win.
Every doctor in the pain management niche, every medspa owner — they all want to rank for "pain doctor near me" or "orthopedic surgeon near me." Yes, it is the obvious keyword. But that obvious keyword is where everyone is fighting.
A new doctor who just finished school, just finished training, a new surgeon who finished all of his courses — he has the burden of half a million dollars in education loans. Maybe he just got married. He bought a new house. He has huge weight on his shoulders. He wants to run his own practice. And he wants to rank for "orthopedic surgeon near me." Of course. But we found something better.
