Six Intellius clients were named 24 times. Thirteen of those were the #1 pick. Every screenshot is below, with our client boxed in orange.
What is agentic engine optimization?
Agentic engine optimization (AEO) is the practice of making a business easy for AI agents to find, read, trust and act on. An AI agent is software that does a task for a person. It researches, compares and, more and more, books.
Addy Osmani, an engineering director at Google Cloud AI, named the discipline in April 2026 for developer documentation. For a medical practice the idea is the same, pointed at patients. When someone asks an agent for a surgeon, a medspa or a GI doctor, the agent should find your practice, understand what you treat, and see enough proof to put you first.
One naming note. AEO also stands for answer engine optimization. Answer engine optimization is about being quoted. Agentic engine optimization goes one step further: being picked, checked and booked.

The 39 runs showed a pattern every practice owner should see. When the search was broad, the agent leaned on big health systems. When the search named a procedure, the specialist won.
