We Priced 85,510 Plastic Surgery Searches in 25 Cities. Here's How Many Patients They Bring, and Who Gets Them.

These plastic surgery marketing statistics come from every "procedure + city" search for 9 surgeries in 25 US cities. We priced each one, then checked 500 Google Maps rankings and 14 winners' homepages.

This is our third plastic surgery marketing study. Our first looked at 100 practices and 56,589 Google rankings. Our second looked at 7.5 million searches. This one adds money, Google Maps and ads.

  • Keywords: 250 exact "[procedure] [city]" and "plastic surgeon [city]" searches, 25 US cities. Ahrefs, October 3, 2026.

  • Contact rate: 10–20% of searchers reach out. Fees: low end of the ASPS 2024 surgeon fee. Mommy makeover priced as a tummy tuck. Money at stake is not revenue.

  • Google Maps: 100 searches, top 5 each, October 3, 2026. Homepages checked live the same day.

  • Earlier studies: 100 practices and 7.5 million searches.
